No show fees

Hi all, this year I applied a ‘no show’ fee, I have been slack in applying it, as I hate having to ask even though I lose a wage and lose additional wage having to still pay the staff, or they lose a wage with having to go home early. (Imagine going to work and you don’t get paid for 2 hours of being at work😫) It leaves a big impact on my business and earning a living. Also with other dogs that could really do with having that earlier appointment slot. No shows don’t give me a chance to replace that time slot.
I do appreciate some circumstances can’t be avoided. (Lives are chaos) Which I will understand and be lenient.
but Unfortunately I will need to be a bit more assertive when I get a no show.. I hope you all understand.
